What does your name mean?

This symbol is called the “Fleur De Lys”. You’ve probably seen it many places. The words “Fleur De Lys” (pronounced: Flur Duh Lee or Flur Duh Lees) literally translated mean “Flower of the Lily”. The significance, however, varies greatly depending on who you ask. We chose the name because the Fleur De Lys symbol has been found in every culture and in every civilization throughout all of time on textiles, pottery and jewelry. So to us it symbolizes the universal and age old quest to beautify one’s home and life.

Do you have a bridal/gift registry?
We do! While we do not have an on-line store (due to the extensive volume and ever-changing variety of our inventory), we do have several brides who register here as well as customers who create a wish list for anyone who may be shopping for them (great for husbands and boyfriends who need a little help in the gift giving department). All you do is come in and tell us what you want. We create a detailed list with all the information (styles, colors, quantities, etc) and have it readily available to anyone who mentions they are shopping for you. We make sure to update your list after each purchase to avoid duplications. If you have loved ones who may be shopping from out of town, don’t worry! They can give us a call and we can help them over the phone (including emailing them images of your items if they wish).

What forms of payment do you take?
We gladly accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, Checks and Cash. When paying by check a $25 service fee may be applied for returned checks. Funds, including service fee, may be debited electronically from your account.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly exchange or issue a store credit for any merchandise returned in sellable condition accompanied by a receipt (or proof of purchase in our data base) within 14 days. We are unable to accept returns of the following items: GWPs, Sample Sale Items, Trunk Show Items, Seasonal/Holiday Items, Food/Beverage Items, Special Order Items, Non-Profit Fundraiser Items, Sale Items.

Do you offer gift wrap and if so, is it free?
Yes we gift wrap and NO there is no fee! Classically simple and appropriate for all occasions, your gift selections will be wrapped in our signature kraft brown boxes (larger items are over-wrapped in our kraft brown paper) and tied with a black grosgrain ribbon. Each gift is topped off with our elegant gold Fleur De Lys wax seal. Our gift wrap is provided on all gift purchases at no additional charge.

Since you don’t have an online store, how can I shop if I can’t make it into the store?
We are happy to assist you over the phone or via email with any purchase. If you know exactly what you want, tell us and we’ll have the item gift wrapped and delivered wherever you like or have it ready for an in store (or curbside) pick up. If you’re not sure what you want, let us help you decide. We can make suggestions based on your needs and budget and even email you photos to finalize your selection. Credit card required for phone and email purchases.
